Trainers

We would like to introduce the wonderful trainers who we use exclusively for our young horses! Both of them are very talented and experienced riders in their own right, PLUS they have solid track records training horses of all ages. They both especially enjoy nurturing the progress of youngsters, and they are great at it!!

Colleen and Martyna exhibit a high degree of professionalism, and an innate empathy and understanding for their equine students. Most importantly, they produce results. They love what they do and it shows. We look forward to entrusting our horses to them for years to come, and highly recommend their services to anyone looking for safe and capable training of their horses, and/or themselves!

Colleen O'Connor-Dzik: Colleen is a USDF Bronze and Silver Medallist who has also trained and competed through Grand Prix. She has much experience training young horses, and excels at bringing a youngster to their full potential. Colleen also has spent many years training and competing stallions, both young and mature. She has been fortunate enough to school an abundance of fabulous FEI horses. Not only does Colleen have her own business servicing her own clientele, but she also works as Assistant Trainer to Kathy Connelly. Martyna Echilzuk is a very experienced rider and trainer of young horses. Martyna currently runs her sales and training business from Aardvark Stables in Dunbarton, NH. Martyna believes that a good foundation for training is extremely important. She starts horses in a gentle and patient way, while also establishing rules and boundaries to create happy and pleasant riding horses for the future. Martyna also specializes in providing dressage training and lessons, as well as the sales of quality dressage horses. She offers dressage lessons for riders of all levels on her horses, or yours.
