LIDIN Elite

Nimmerdor Preferent x Uniek Keur

Lidin is our foundation broodmare. Her sire is the legendary Nimmerdor, and her dam the Prestatie mare Cilia, by the Keur stallion Uniek. Uniek was sired by the Preferent stallion Uppercut xx. Purchased in 2006 from VDL Stud, Lidin was imported in foal to Indoctro. A beautiful bay filly arrived June 1, 2006, Baelidin. Her 2nd foal for us, by Flemmingh, was born May 19, 2007, Cassalidin. May 30, 2008 she presented us with a fantastic colt by Chin Chin, Dexter Chin.

May 25, 2009, Lidin presented us with yet another exceptionaly jumper filly, Edin CHF, by Olympic Cardento. Edin is now growing up in her new home in Missouri, where she will one day pursue a show-jumping career.

Lidin is a mare of substance with a very sweet temperament. She successfully competed in Holland at national Z level jumping (4'3¨)before her career as a broodmare began.

Lidin has proven to be an exceptional producer. Since coming to Carnival Hill in spring 2006, she has given us 3 beautiful foals. ALL 3 have received 1st Premium status at their keurings. Lidin's foals have all been especially attractive, correct types with her strong topline and expressive, powerful movement.

Baelidin CHF, her 2006 filly by Indoctro, was in the KWPN-NA Top Five of jumper yearlings in 2007. Her 2007 filly by Flemmingh, Cassalidin, is being kept to further our breeding program.

In 2008 Lidin presented us with the terrific colt Dexter Chin , an exciting young horse who promises to excel in the big jumper ring. We are thrilled to have this mare, and thank VDL Stud for finding her for us.
